You’ve done a search at Renttoday.us and found a rent houses you like. You even did a drive-by and you really like the neighborhood and the overall look of the home from the outside.
After you have provided all of your information and filled out all of the forms, that’s when the ball starts rolling and the giant cogs of the Renttoday.us approval machine kick into gear.
Shortly after applying you should get an email followed with a phone call to get any additional information we might need that we did not receive when you filled out your application. While all of this has been going on, you should be getting your supporting documents together.
- 2 pay stubs for you and your co-applicant
- If you are self-employed, your last tax return
- Other documents stating income (Social Security, unemployment, child support)
We might also ask for a copy of your bank statement or other documents. Our agent will clarify that when they contact you. If you are unclear, then ASK!
